Target Support
All products and services are purchased legally or arranged fairly through commercial agreements between MMOSolution, the buyer, and the seller, according to two types: Single Domain & Multi Domain licenses.
We do not allow, under any circumstances, licensing, sublicensing, selling, reselling, decompiling, or swapping our products with other products.
All our extensions and templates also offer FREE FULL SUPPORT for the first 3 (you can buy extra time at product page) months after purchase.
Support Rules
MMOSolution only supports valid purchased products along with their respective registered services on http://www.OpencartPlus.com.
Both Single and Multi Domain Licenses include installation support and customization service packages. You can contact us via email at [email protected] or directly on our website: http://OpencartPlus.com.
We guarantee product compatibility with the default system you're using. Please note, however, that additional charges may apply for service packages involving modifications or customizations beyond our original products.
Support Requirements
When submitting a support ticket via https://OpencartPlus.com/support, please describe your issue in detail, provide sample images, and include your FTP hosting and website admin information.
We guarantee the protection of your information, as maintaining confidentiality is a key part of our responsibility and reputation.
Working Hours
Customer service will consider your requests and reply within 48 hours on working days. Our working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM (UTC +7:00 timezone).
Our working days are from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.
New Negotiations
If you are using Mijo Shop, Ace Shop, Joo Cart, or a similar platform, some of our products may be compatible with other platforms. We are available to discuss any compatibility issues via chat support.
